Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ITVero LLC ("ITVero", "we") collects and uses information when you visit itvero.com, buy a report, use the client portal, or receive an email from us.

1. Information we collect

  • Order details you give us: your name, email address, business name, town and business category.
  • Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive the payment status and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
  • Client portal: your login email and the reports, review data and messages linked to your account.
  • Public business information: listing details, ratings and reviews of your business and nearby competitors from Google Maps Platform.
  • Business contact information for outreach: publicly listed business names, websites and business email addresses, which we may use to send a business owner one introductory email and up to two follow-ups.
  • Technical data: basic logs from our hosting and email providers (for example, delivery status).

2. How we use it

To produce and deliver your reports and monthly updates, send alerts and service emails, run the client portal, process payments and subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and send limited business outreach. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers we use

Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), Google Maps Platform (business data), Anthropic (AI writing and AI assistant answers), OpenAI and Google Gemini (AI assistant answers for the AI Visibility Report), QuickChart (report charts), Plumsail (PDF creation), Twin (automation), Supabase (client portal database and login), Cloudflare and Netlify (website and portal hosting), NeverBounce (checking that outreach email addresses are valid) and Pushover (internal operational alerts). Each receives only what it needs to perform its service for us.

4. Emails and unsubscribing

Order, report, alert and billing emails are part of the service you bought. Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe link; once you unsubscribe we stop emailing that address and keep it on a suppression list only so we never email it again.

5. Retention

We keep order, report and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and legal obligations. You may ask us to erase your account and personal information at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or erase your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to reports@itvero.com. If you are a California resident you have these rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls, and each client portal account can see only its own data. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16.

9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
